Fan control?

Is there any way to control the S10e's system fan when using OS X?
When running on battery, my fan is off almost all the time, but with the charger connected, it's running almost all the time :D
Is there any way to have the same energy/fan settings in both battery and charger mode? Or for controlling the fan speed when using OS X?
