Charging the S10

Postby IvSu » Sun Feb 07, 2010 6:47 pm

Hi, I am a new Lenovo S10 user and I have a question.

I was using my S10 and the battery was 9%, so then I plugged in the charger.
However, my S10 made a sound and there was a red X on the battery icon at the lower-right of the screen.
Also, the status indicator wasn't lighted up to orange or blue. So I unplugged it, turned off my S10 and plug it back in.
The status indicator turned to orange and it was charging again.

So the S10 can't charge when it's on? What does the red X mean?

Thanks!

your best bet would be to go to the Lenovo website and download and install the latest drivers for your machine... I'd suggest at least chipset & power management.

Let us know if this doesn't help or if you need a walkthrough ;)
