Nokia Booklet 3G

Postby Ravin' Ray » Mon Aug 24, 2009 8:22 am

Yep, you heard it right. After demonstrating a port of its Symbian S60 OS on the Intel Atom platform, Nokia has delivered on the expected netbook. But it doesn't use that label, and surprisingly uses Windows, apparently Windows 7. Engadget reported it at http://www.engadget.com/2009/08/24/noki ... ni-laptop/ and a YouTube video is at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fIHWM4li ... r_embedded.

I saw that too... looks nice!

Very impressed with the HDMI output.

Having said that, if the Broadcom HD card that some of the guys here are using ends up working, that's a much cheaper solution!

Looks very nice. I'm gonna guess that the price will be in the $500 - $600 range.

I'd like to hear more about the screen resolution and HD capacity before judging this netbook.
