Remove battery when working in AC power..

May i remove the battery and use a netbook with ac power ?
Will it damaged my s10 ?

It is not advisable to remove the battery while it is plugged into AC power. It may not damage your S10 but from feedback from other users (search this Forum), it has caused some strange behaviour to the charging and status indications of the battery. It is best to plug in or plug out the battery when everything is off.

You can leave the battery out and run off AC power, just don't remove or replace the while the system is connected to power as it screws with the charging circuit and causes weird battery behavior.
If the battery is going to be left out of the Ideapad for a long time it's best stored at 50-60% charge, li-ion degrades slowest when stored partially charged.
