Windows 2003

Works fine for those that want to run it.
I have it running beautifully using all the windows XP drivers, and as a bonus, the camera doesnt even NEED a drive to work.
The energy management software also works. Using Ekobatt, i get 3.45 hours out of a charge.
Winding the backlight up definately doesnt help though heh.

As for Windows 2003, its a server OS modified by me to run as desktop mode. I find its a lot more stable and less annoying to use then Xp is. All standard software runs on it, and as a bonus you can use server only features if you ever require.
Its a really good alternative that reminds me a lot of windows 2000's lightness.

Oh, im a proud S10 owner of a few days now, and apart from a few glitches solved by the S10e bios update, im very happy.
I would like to have a different wireless connectivity program, for example intels Wireless Proset, but so be it.

I am planning on doing the fan mod to it, the one that removes the mesh. I am also going to make the leds a bit dimmer on the front so at night its not so blinding. Will also do the tape mod to the buttons so they arent so "clicky"

I only have ONE question. What does the button next to the wireless button do exactly?

If anyone has any questions about 2003, ask away. I use it as both desktop and server os on every single one of my machines bar my media center, which i have not bothered to do yet.
And Hi, i new!
