S-10-3 Wireless Windows 2000

I installed sucessfully Windows 2000, but it seems that it doesn't support wifi natively so it needs something like a wireless utility. The only one available is from HP machines. I tried that and installing lots of Broadcom drivers from Xp and some for W2000 (but from other brands). Has anyone tried this or know how to make it available?
