Full BIOS Options

hi!

I was wondering how do I get all the BIOS options. When I enter the BIOS in the first screen I can't change any of the settings because it says I need to be a supervisor. i'd set a supervisor password but that doesn't worked for me. i was trying to search in the forums but couldn't find anything. does any one knows how to change that?
