how to turn on camera

Hi,

I just retired my x31 and purchased an Ideapad s10-3 from B&H Photo (I thought a good deal, under $300.00).

I upgraded from WIndows 7 starter to Windows 7 Home Premium and replaced the 1 gig of ram with 2 gigs.

How do I turn the camera on and off?
