No, I don't particularly like the looks of the new S10-2.

Please fix the multilanguage functions of the forum! Maybe you need to change your connection charset to MySQL.

Well that blows. I guess it wasn't successful. Oh well, so much for our international users.

j/k...I've went back to see where I went wrong and I freaking screwed up. Now I gotta figure out a way to fix it.

My error was that I uploaded the database without defining a MySQL charset. I didn't want to go back and redo the whole thing since I would lose new posts since the transfer. So I've manually updated the database. Some fun that was. Anyways, it's been fixed and the languages should be displayed properly.
