Hello all.
Ok. So i'm trying to go back to Windows XP from Linux Ubuntu. I boot up from my Win XP disk, everything looks normal while all the temporary files are loaded, and just as windows starts up I get and error message with the this code, "STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF78DA63C, 0xC0000043, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)".
For some reason I though it was something wrong with my hard drive. So i bought a new one and tried to install XP on it. Got the same message.
Read somewhere that said it had something to do with the BIOS SATA settings so I messed around with the two different options in BIOS dealing with SATA and got the same message during XP install.
Anybody got a clue what else I could do?
Thanks for any and all help and opinions...
