I had the same problem on my Asus 900. Then I remembered that Tune Up utilities has a styler program and does the same thing but you don't have to patch the system files. Of course it's not free but I already owned the program so it became an added bonus.

BricoPacks http://www.crystalxp.net/bricopack/ will give you all the Vista looks you want for free without slowing down your Lenovo S10.

I am using the Royal Noir theme for all my computers.. and love using it... I think is the best theme without havin to install another program or anything.. looks simple and OEM :)
