Single Key on Keyboard broken

Hi there,

I just purchased (via online shop) a S10e.
Everything is fine, except the "x" Key has no pressure point. It is a little lower than the others and if you press it, it you have no "click" feeling. It just goes down and the key is pressed.
If this is a minor issue, that can be fixed by myself, help is greatly appriciated. I would like to avoid sending it back, since this might take a while.
